With our evening routine tips, a deep and restful sleep is guaranteed!
After a long day, your body needs a balanced meal. Your evening meal should be filling but not too heavy. For this reason, we recommend avoiding foods that make you bloat and eating lighter meals. Alcohol and coffee should also be avoided in the evenings. Instead, why not try a soothing herbal tea such as lavender or lemon balm tea?

Exercise doesn’t just help your body – it also frees your mind. Yin yoga or mobility training are perfect exercises for the body. We also recommend having a good stretch in the evening. Stretching the muscles can relieve tension in the body and even reduce stress in the long run.
After doing something good for our bodies, it’s time to feed our minds as well. There are different ways to activate and grow the creative side of your brain. We recommend reading a good book, listening to a gripping podcast, writing in a diary or letting off some creative steam by painting or drawing. You can probably also come up with many other creative hobbies that you enjoy.
We all know that using our mobile phones excessively is unhealthy. Screens should be avoided for at least two hours before bedtime. Undergoing a digital detox has a significant and positive impact on deeper sleep.
Now it’s time to relax and unwind your body and mind. Walks, meditation exercises or breathing exercises can help with this.
To feel even more relaxed at home and fall asleep easily, we obviously recommend dressing comfortably.
